No we don't. It is our strong believe that the back support is an essential part of proper ergonomics to ensure prolonged and pain-free sitting.
Yes we do. Each chair can be fitted out with arm rests. We have several
models.
We can accommodate any height you wish. For guidelines please see our
Seat Sizing Chart.
We apologize, sometimes the handles break during transportation. Please submit your information on the
contact form and we will send you a replacement handle.
If you have a chair already and would like to add armrests, it is easy to arrange, and easy to install yourself.
It is very easy to attach armrests. For the Comfort Move: slide the metal end piece in the sleeves under the seat, and tighten with the knob. For all other models: a connection piece needs to be installed to the mechanism of your chair (when ordered with armrests we have that already done for you in the factory). Then, slide the metal end piece in the connector-sleeve under the seat, and tighten with the knob.
Our ComfortMove and the CorrecSit CM models have a wider back support.
We are currently developing a new larger back support for the ComfortMove Office, but this is not on the market yet.
For the Dynamic and the ErgoSolex models we cannot offer a larger back support.
Most likely this is caused by a defect of the gas-cylinder. We can exchange it for a new one. If this happened within the first three years after purchase it is covered under our warranty policy. Please submit your information on the
contact form and we will send you a replacement cylinder.
Yes, on every chair a foot ring can be installed.
No, both are equally strong, as long as they are used properly, meaning: equal weight distribution on all 5 wheels.
First let's check what type of seat you currently have. If you look on the backside of the seat, you will find a gold colored sticker with technical information. Here you'll find a serial number. If this number contains a B, you have the broad seat. If this number contains an S you have the small seat. If your chair has the wider B model, then we can exchange it for the smaller model. If you have the S version (small), we do not have a smaller seat, but perhaps a different model would be a good solution for a better fit for you (suggestion: ErgoSolex).
It depends on the type of floor what wheels you should choose.
The Interval Braked wheels (blocked when carrying no weight but rolling freely when seated on it) are the safest. There is one disadvantage: these wheels could cause some damage to your floor. The Free Running wheels are more gentle on your floor.
Caster Types
- Free running: Hard floor casters (black ABS plastic, 50mm diameter)
- Free running: Carpet casters (silver colored ABS plastic with black rubber, 60mm diameter)
- Interval braked: Sit-Lock casters (Black/Grey Rubber, 50mm diameter)
- Interval braked: Rise-Lock casters (Black/Grey Rubber, 50mm diameter)
- Fixed: Sliders (Black Plastic, 50mm – 60mm diameter)
Yes you can, but we need to warn you that it will make the chair unstable.
What might be that one of the wheel-pins, which fit in the sockets, is a little loose and therefore has a some free room to move, which causes the clicking. You can resolve this by taking the wheels out of their sockets (use a screw driver to lift) and dress the wheel-pin in acid-free vaseline. If this does not solve the problem, please contact us.
It depends on your wishes, but generally yes, we can make many personalized adjustments. Please
